Whether you are building a new home or renovating, your satisfaction is influenced by every decision you make. And sometimes those decisions can be overwhelming. For many the building or renovating process is daunting for them and their families. When design decisions are made under distress, without sufficient consideration of the whole picture, the outcome can be disjointed, chaotic and unsatisfying. By starting a design from what makes you feel best, your surroundings will not only suit your needs but also add pleasure to your Life. This design approach blends the practical tasks of room arrangement, eco-friendly finish and fixture selections into the context of how a space ultimately makes you feel. What you surround yourself with has great affect upon you. So it makes sense to be clear about what makes you feel most comfortable before starting to design your home. From this perspective you can begin making design selections that support and satisfy you. This is my approach to design. |
